LHH is recruiting for a

full-time, Manager, Communications

for one of our non-profit/association clients in the Greater Milwaukee Area.

Compensation:

$75K-$85K (based on experience) + bonus opportunity + benefits

Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision insurance and more, 401k plan, PTO, paid holidays, annual discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance, and perks.

Role Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or public relations in a nonprofit, scientific, healthcare, or association.

Demonstrated success managing multi-channel communication strategies, campaigns, and editorial processes.

Advanced writing, editing, and proofreading skills with mastery of AP Style and the ability to develop/edit content for diverse audiences.

Demonstrated experience with strategic, thought leadership and content planning capabilities.

Basic experience working with creative asset and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or Canva).

Ability to translate complex content into messaging for varied audiences.

Experience ensuring brand consistency and alignment across digital and print materials.

Strong knowledge of digital communication tools, including email marketing platforms, content management systems, and social media management tools.

Strong project management skills.

Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Experience with analytics tools for engagement measurement.

Strong understanding of media relations, press release development, and journalism best practices.
