Hybrid in Southlake, TX or Austin, TX; Mon‑Thurs onsite, Friday remote

Job Type:

12 month contract with potential for extension

Compensation Range:

$35-38 per hour

We are seeking a seasoned professional for the role of

Instructional Designer . This position demands demonstrated expertise in

audience analysis and needs assessment , ensuring that all training solutions are precisely tailored to specific learner profiles and organizational objectives.

You will utilize a robust background in

program or project management

to lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of key learning initiatives. Your role will be highly consultative, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders, identify crucial learning gaps, recommend innovative solutions, and manage cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

Demonstrated expertise in audience analysis and needs assessment, ensuring training solutions are tailored to specific learner profiles and organizational objectives.

Robust background in program or project management, including planning, execution, and evaluation of learning initiatives.

Consultative experience collaborating with stakeholders to identify learning gaps, recommend solutions, and drive continuous improvement.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate knowledge transfer, manage cross‑functional teams, and support organisational learning strategies.

Ability to adapt to emerging technologies and methodologies, fostering innovation in training delivery and assessment.

Qualifications

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Demonstrated success supporting delivery for concurrent projects.

Confidence dealing with ambiguity in dynamic and fast‑paced work environment.

High proficiency with MS Office Products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).

Proven experience (5+ years) in Learning & Development with a broad understanding of learning strategy and program management.

At least 5 years of experience in designing and delivering impactful learning experiences across diverse audiences.

Proficiency in utilizing AI technologies to enhance instructional design, content personalisation, and learner engagement.

Advanced skills in e‑learning authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline, with a proven track record of developing interactive modules.

Previous experience with Intake and/or Change Management.
