Advanced skills in e-learning authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline, with a proven track record of developing interactive modules. Previous experience with Intake and/or Change Management Demonstrated expertise in audience analysis and needs assessment, ensuring training solutions are tailored to specific learner profiles and organizational objectives. Strong background in program or project management, including planning, execution, and evaluation of learning initiatives.
