Instructional Designer - Mid-Level

Location

Southlake, TX (Secondary Location – Austin, TX). This role requires onsite presence at the Southlake office with a hybrid schedule: Monday-Thursday onsite and remote on Fridays.

Responsibilities

Design and develop engaging and impactful learning experiences tailored to diverse audiences. Utilize AI technologies to enhance instructional content, personalization, and learner engagement. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and recommend effective solutions. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met. Leverage advanced e-learning authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline to create interactive modules.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, with a broad understanding of learning strategy and program management. Proficiency in utilizing AI technologies to support instructional design and content personalization. Advanced skills in e-learning authoring tools like Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline. Strong background in audience analysis, needs assessment, and program evaluation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration and knowledge transfer.
