Senior Interior Architectural Designer
InForm Design is an award‑winning architectural and interior design firm seeking a talented and driven Interior Designer for a senior role in our Interior Design Studio.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting in the design and production for schematic, design development, construction documents, construction administration and project management for all projects.
Coordinating and preparing complete client project documentation and design packages.
Interface with clients, other business partners, resources and vendors.
Complete client projects on or under financial and resource budgets.
Managing and mentoring internal and external resources.
Participate in industry events and networking, business development and the growth of the firm.
Requirements
BA degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
6 years post graduate experience with at least the last two years in a Senior Designer position, heavily focused on hospitality design.
Experience and knowledge in production and coordination of construction, detailing, materials, methods and codes.
FF&E specification deliverables / implementation and available vendor/fabricators.
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, MS Office.
Compensation Stating
Base Exempt Salary: $75,000+ Annually
Other Compensation includes:
Performance bonuses
Profit sharing
