We are seeking a
Senior Paid Media Manager
on a contract basis to help support our customer's business needs. This role is a hybrid setup (2+ days onsite/week) in San Francisco, Mountain View, or NYC.
This person will help lead Paid Media efforts in North America and work cross-functionally across Brand, Social, and Consumer Marketing teams to create integrated, cross-channel strategies and develop media plans that drive the member engagement forward.

Responsibilities
Paid Media Subject Matter Expert for achieving B2C objectives across offline + online channels
Collaborates cross-functionally with Marketing teams to define goals and create integrated, full-funnel paid brand campaigns and strategies for North America
Manages the day-to-day planning and execution of brand paid media across internal teams and agency partners
Manages campaign reporting and is able to effectively translate data into meaningful and actionable insights
Experience with multiple forms of measurement, such as Brand Lift Studies; experienced in increasing top-of-funnel metrics (i.e., Unaided Awareness), middle-of-funnel metrics (i.e., Consideration), down to performance metrics
Develops platform and audience-first creative insights and best practices that inform campaign and creative development
Acts as the “translator” between the consumer behavior across media channels, and knows how to leverage audience insights to push the work forward
Identifies and keeps pulse on evolving trends and insights in paid media, recommending opportunities to innovate and drive impact
Efficiently project manages multiple work streams; regularly communicates progress to stakeholders
Skills And Qualifications
6+ years of experience in Brand paid media, either in-house or in an agency
3+ years of experience working with both creative and media agencies
3+ years of experience leading large-scale brand media campaigns
3+ years of experience in coordinating workstreams with multiple teams and stakeholders
3+ years of experience in cross-channel planning
Preferred
Direct marketing experience with a track record of developing, executing, and scaling high-impact, multi-channel go-to-market efforts
Ability to frame insights and communicate recommendations simply and effectively
Ability to drive influence in the creative development and research process through the lens of media and data
Ability to effectively engage with and drive cross-functional teams to align around and achieve shared objectives, particularly as it relates to paid media strategy
Ability to successfully balance multiple competing priorities and manage complex workstreams while consistently delivering results
Outstanding interpersonal, communication (oral and written), and presentation skills
Excellent grasp of measurement and how it ties back to Brand marketing objectives; MMM experience a plus
