Position Overview

The Design Lead - Architecture | Design will be responsible for leading architectural design projects from concept to completion while ensuring quality, innovation, and adherence to client requirements. This role requires a strong ability to manage design teams, develop creative solutions, and maintain project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design process for various projects, ensuring innovative and functional design solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into effective design concepts.
• Manage and mentor a team of designers and architects, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
• Oversee project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that designs are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to inform design decisions and project feasibility.
• Prepare presentation materials and articulate design concepts to clients and stakeholders effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in architectural design and technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Revit, and AutoCAD software.
• LEED AP certification is preferred; knowledge of LEED standards.
• Experience in Urban Design and familiarity with CID and NCIDQ certifications is a plus.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design solutions and successful project completions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
