Role: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing-advertising initiatives and drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role is responsible for coordinating advertising and marketing campaigns, managing on-site signage and collateral, and assisting with marketing activations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has strong interpersonal and marketing communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be 21 years of age
REQUIRED CERTIFICATE/LICENSE
Valid Gaming card (Registered with Gaming Control).
MAJOR JOB DUTIES
- Assist in the creation and execution of marketing and advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
- Open advertising job tickets for on-property signage and collateral.
- Coordinate content creation and distribution for promotional materials, newsletters, menus and advertisements.
- Work closely with inter-departmental teams and external vendors to ensure timely and successful campaign execution and marketing-advertising deliverables.
- Assist in organizing and executing activations and promotions across numerous departments, including casino, hotel and F&B.
- Assist with photo and video content shoots.
- Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and messaging standards.
- Assist with internal and external communications, including social media, website, email marketing, and customer outreach.
- Maintain and organize marketing file library, including image repository.
- Other duties as assigned.
