Responsibilities

Own in-person event-driven lead generation Plan and execute campaigns around our annual conference and third-party conferences/trade shows, and our own small in-person events (dinners, roundtables, workshops and breakfast briefings) Help from ops assistant for logistics and coordinating vendors Own email campaigns (1 to many and 1 to 1) and social (LinkedIn) content to drive event attendance Partner with sales and customer success to maximize meetings, demos, and follow-ups from every event Create playbooks for pre-event outreach, at-event engagement, and post-event nurture Build LinkedIn growth engine via content Develop and run a content and posting strategy across company and founder/CSM profiles to increase awareness and inbound interest Requirements

5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or growth, ideally at a SaaS company Owned programs end-to-end across at least two of: in-person events, webinars, or LinkedIn Comfortable being both strategist and doer Strong communicator and storyteller; ability to turn technical topics into clear messaging Data-aware; track metrics and iterate Excited by a small, fast-moving team with direct line to founders and revenue Preferred
