Base pay range: $180,000.00/yr – $220,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
- Conceive and execute bold, unconventional brand stunts and activations that generate conversations online and in‑person.
- Source props, coordinate vehicles, plan logistics, and handle all details necessary to bring creative concepts to life.
- Collaborate with the social media team to turn activations into high‑quality video content, blog pieces, customer stories, and more.
- Work closely with sales and customer success to identify target accounts or customers who would be excited by memorable experiences.
- Coordinate with customer marketing for retention and advocacy moments.
- Partner with demand generation and events teams to translate marketing excitement into pipeline.
- Build a library of evergreen, entertaining brand content.
- Manage budgets for stunts, props, transportation, swag, and event production.
- Develop repeatable playbooks for activations, tracking what works, what doesn’t, and how to scale ideas while keeping them unpredictable.
- Track engagement, impressions, and pipeline metrics.
Qualifications
- 1+ years in experiential, guerrilla, field marketing, creative production, or a similar role.
- Creative intuition and a knack for generating viral, entertaining, surprising ideas.
- Strong organizational skills for executing large‑scale marketing concepts.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or high‑growth startups preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communicator, comfortable working cross‑functionally with all departments.
- Willingness to travel to customer offices, events, and city activations (20‑40%).
- Bonus: background in video, content creation, improv, event production, or performance.
- This is an on‑site role: 5 days a week at our SF office.
