Brand Manager & Audience Development Producer
We are seeking a strategic, Atlanta-based storyteller with a proven track record in reality or unscripted entertainment. As Brand & Audience Development Manager for a known TV show, you will shape the brand’s voice, look, and digital growth across social and streaming platforms. This full-time, year-long role focuses heavily on daily content creation, real-time social engagement, and end-to-end brand management.
Key Responsibilities Brand Ownership & Strategy
Maintain and evolve brand guidelines (tone, design, messaging) and ensure consistency across all assets and platforms.
Act as day-to-day brand guardian for promos, thumbnails, marketing collateral, and live-event content.
Translate business goals into clear creative briefs and manage a forward-looking content and publishing calendar.
Social Media & Digital Content Production
Produce, write, edit, and publish original daily content (video, graphics, copy, live streams) across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Make smart, timely programming decisions based on metrics, trends, and audience behavior.
Screen footage, create simple edits, design graphics, and maximize UX through strong headlines, formatting, and storytelling.
Schedule, monitor, and moderate social channels in real time to spark engagement and grow audience.
Support on-set content capture, including BTS filming, photography, scripting, and talent interactions.
Support live streaming of select episodes, including technical setup, platform management, and real-time troubleshooting to ensure smooth, high-quality broadcasts.
Organic Marketing & Audience Development
Build and execute integrated, social-first growth strategies across owned and earned channels.
Identify high-value audience segments and design initiatives that move them from awareness to loyalty (community engagement, collaborations, watch‑alongs).
Develop interactive formats such as AMAs, polls, and community programs that deepen engagement.
Insights, Optimization & Reporting
Use internal and external analytics to shape content strategy and inform creative decisions.
Run A/B tests (hooks, formats, thumbnails) and document learnings to optimize performance.
Deliver concise reports and campaign recaps with actionable takeaways for leadership.
Desired Skills & Experience
A.A. or Bachelor’s degree in journalism, film, media arts, communications, marketing, PR, or related field.
3+ years in brand management, social media production, or audience development within entertainment or a multi‑show network.
Daily hands‑on experience with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, and YouTube; podcast familiarity is a plus.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop; Canva experience for quick‑turn assets.
Strong writing, editing, communication, and cultural fluency, particularly in entertainment and pop culture.
Experience using analytics tools and social schedulers; ability to turn insights into strategy.
Highly organized with the ability to manage large file transfers, multiple deadlines, and fast‑paced workflows.
Comfortable working with high‑profile talent and capturing on‑set social content.
Must have the appropriate at‑home tech setup to handle large file downloads, editing, and uploads.
Must live in Atlanta.
Hybrid‑remote; on‑set presence required during filming.
