This full-time, year-long role focuses heavily on daily content creation, real-time social engagement, and end-to-end brand management.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Ownership & Strategy
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines (tone, design, messaging) and ensure consistency across all assets and platforms.
- Act as day-to-day brand guardian for promos, thumbnails, marketing collateral, and live-event content.
- Translate business goals into clear creative briefs and manage a forward-looking content and publishing calendar.
Social Media & Digital Content Production
- Produce, write, edit, and publish original daily content (video, graphics, copy, live streams) across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Make smart, timely programming decisions based on metrics, trends, and audience behavior.
- Screen footage, create simple edits, design graphics, and maximize UX through strong headlines, formatting, and storytelling.
- Schedule, monitor, and moderate social channels in real time to spark engagement and grow audience.
- Support on-set content capture, including BTS filming, photography, scripting, and talent interactions.
- Support live streaming of select episodes, including technical setup, platform management, and real-time troubleshooting to ensure smooth, high-quality broadcasts.
Organic Marketing & Audience Development
- Build and execute integrated, social-first growth strategies across owned and earned channels.
- Identify high-value audience segments and design initiatives that move them from awareness to loyalty (community engagement, collaborations, watch‑alongs).
- Develop interactive formats such as AMAs, polls, and community programs that deepen engagement.
Insights, Optimization & Reporting
- Use internal and external analytics to shape content strategy and inform creative decisions.
- Run A/B tests (hooks, formats, thumbnails) and document learnings to optimize performance.
- Deliver concise reports and campaign recaps with actionable takeaways for leadership.
Desired Skills & Experience
- A.A. or Bachelor’s degree in journalism, film, media arts, communications, marketing, PR, or related field.
- 3+ years in brand management, social media production, or audience development within entertainment or a multi‑show network.
- Daily hands‑on experience with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, and YouTube; podcast familiarity is a plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop; Canva experience for quick‑turn assets.
- Strong writing, editing, communication, and cultural fluency, particularly in entertainment and pop culture.
- Experience using analytics tools and social schedulers; ability to turn insights into strategy.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage large file transfers, multiple deadlines, and fast‑paced workflows.
- Comfortable working with high‑profile talent and capturing on‑set social content.
- Must have the appropriate at‑home tech setup to handle large file downloads, editing, and uploads.
- Must live in Atlanta. Hybrid‑remote; on‑set presence required during filming.
