The Senior Manager, Ad Tech Operations is responsible for leading the operational and technical foundations paid social ecosystem, including internal enterprise social platforms. This role ensures excellence across trafficking, tagging, integrations, and governance. You will be the primary bridge between us and agency partners (Publicis, CMI) for all ad tech-related implementations, ensuring seamless, compliant, and scalable activation across channels.
Key Responsibilities Ad Tech & Social Operations
Lead day-to-day ad tech operations for social media platforms and internal digital channels.
Oversee tagging, trafficking, campaign setup, and QA processes to ensure flawless execution.
Partner with engineering teams to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Agency & Partner Management
Act as the key technical contact for Publicis and CMI around ad tech integrations, pixels / tags, and measurement frameworks.
Ensure consistent data capture and technical alignment across us and agency ecosystems.
Support integrations and governance across tags such as AMXR, Bing, DeepIntent, CrossEx, and MNTN.
Data, Tracking, and Governance
Define and maintain metadata, tagging standards, campaign structures, and instrumentation.
Ensure all implementations meet privacy, regulatory, and data governance requirements.
Work closely with CDP, Orbit, Tealium, and SFMC teams to maintain consistency across our identity and consent frameworks.
Strategy & Optimization
Identify opportunities to streamline social media workflows and enhance speed-to-market.
Contribute to ad tech stack evolution, evaluating new partners and technologies.
Drive operational insights that improve campaign performance and scalability.
Why You? Basic Qualifications
6+ years of experience in ad tech, digital media operations, social platform operations, or related disciplines.
Strong knowledge of digital tracking, pixels, identity resolution, and measurement technologies.
Demonstrated experience working with large agencies (Publicis experience strongly preferred).
Ability to translate technical concepts for marketing, analytics, and senior leadership audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in highly regulated industries (healthcare, finance, pharma, or similar).
Working knowledge of CDPs (Tealium), SFMC, Orbit, and digital governance processes.
Strong project management skills and experience working across cross-functional teams.
Ability to build scalable documentation, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
