Social Media Strategist: Real Estate Branding

This role is for someone who builds brands in real estate, not a content editor, not an ads freelancer, and not a general VA. The strategist will own positioning, content direction, distribution, and the systems that grow a trusted brand capable of attracting investors, partners, and buyers.
The work centers on
media architecture and brand authority , with capital‑raising experience listed as a strong advantage.

Core Requirements
Experience growing media brands for real estate operators, developers, investors, or investment firms
Understanding of multifamily, private lending, wholesaling, syndications, or real estate acquisitions
Able to translate complex real estate and financial operations into educational brand narratives
Able to architect content engines, distribution systems, and growth frameworks (not just produce content)
Understands basic SEC‑safe communication (no promises, no projections)
Capable of leading messaging strategy across short‑form, long‑form, email, landing pages, and community
Preferred (Not Required, But Highly Valuable)
Experience helping a brand raise
$10M+ in capital through media or digital funnels
Ability to create content and messaging that attracts accredited and private investors
History of building investor education or compliance‑aware media
Experience scaling a membership, education brand, real estate newsletter, or community
Core Responsibilities Brand Positioning
Position the founder as a trusted operator, not a generic content creator
Build an authority framework that resonates with investors, partners, and sophisticated buyers
Media & Content Architecture
Create messaging frameworks, scripts, narrative angles, and content systems
Direct editors to produce media that matches strategic intent
Develop content series that build trust, not hype
Distribution & Social Growth
Execute platform‑specific strategies (LinkedIn, YouTube, IG, TikTok)
Guide posting schedules, hooks, and audience segmentation
Build pathways from content into community or investor education
Community & Ecosystem Growth
Strengthen the Cashflow Collective as a core audience asset
Design referral, partner, and affiliate systems around the brand
Compliance‑Friendly Messaging
Keep communication educational and ethical
Avoid implied returns, guarantees, or unlawful solicitation
Requirements
Proven record building real estate brands
Strategic leadership across content, copy, funnels, email, landing pages, and distribution
Ability to lead editors, contractors, and internal media resources
Ability to guide systems and direction rather than just execution
Compensation $7,000–$10,000 / month , depending on experience and measurable brand growth.
The strategist is expected to materially impact brand authority, community growth, and investor opportunities over time.
