What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Direct, coordinate, and manage multiple marketing programs and initiatives within the marketing strategy portfolio
Establish governance frameworks for campaign intake, prioritization, and resource allocation
Monitor program health (budget, timeline, KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed
Collaborate with Martech and Analytics teams to leverage platforms for workflow, segmentation, and performance reporting
Develop and deploy customer engagement and satisfaction metrics tied to marketing programs
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
7-10 years of work experience in project management or delivering business solutions using information technology
Proficiency in establishing governance structures and operational frameworks for marketing programs
Ability to develop standardized marketing strategy templates and dashboards for KPI reporting
Experience in ensuring compliance with established governance models and operational frameworks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Technology Management-related area of study
MBA or Master’s Degree in Technology Management-related area of study
Experience in healthcare marketing, marketing technology platforms, and strategy development
PMP or Certification in Project Management
