About the Position The Product Marketing Strategist supports the Associate Director of Product Marketing Strategy and plays a central role in how our programs, brands, and district partnerships communicate across channels. You will help shape messaging, product narratives, sales enablement tools, lifecycle content themes, and go to market plans across Teachers of Tomorrow, The Learning Liaisons, SimpleK12, and the #TEACH brand.
Half of this role focuses on B2B marketing and sales enablement in partnership with the Growth team. The other half supports affiliated brands with positioning, value propositions, and campaign guidance. You will collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Digital, Creative, Content, Sales, and Comms partners to ensure every audience receives clear, timely, mission-aligned messages. The ideal candidate is a strategic storyteller and a highly collaborative partner.
What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities: B2B Product Marketing and Sales Enhancement
Support clear positioning and messaging for districts, partners, and institutional audiences
Develop content for pitch decks, one sheets, case studies, email content, and talking points for B2B internal stakeholders
Partner with the Growth team on district acquisition strategies, funnel improvements, and messaging clarity
Build and maintain a self-service sales materials hub with support from the Marketing Project Manager and Manager of Creative.
Provide collateral, content, and insights that support outreach, retention, renewals, and re-engagement
Review B2B performance insights and collaborate with the sales team on actions that support lead quality and conversions
Affiliated Brand Strategy
Support positioning, messaging, and narrative frameworks for The Learning Liaisons, SimpleK12, and the #TEACH brand
Develop value props, content themes, and campaign messaging for professional learning, events, and digital products
Partner with Creative and Digital to translate strategy into briefs, assets, landing pages, and channel plans
Collaborate with Content and Comms to inform social, email, blog, and content calendars
Ensure each brand maintains alignment to the broader TOT mission, tone, and portfolio strategy
Product Messaging and Content Support
Translate program updates and certification requirements into clear, actionable communications
Draft content for landing pages, portal messages, email campaigns, and marketing collateral
Ensure consistency in tone, clarity, and compliance across all product and program communications
Support the Associate Director of Product Marketing Strategy with go to market efforts across all products and brands
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with Creative, Content, Digital, Sales, and Admissions to support campaign execution and messaging needs
Partner with sales to clarify B2B partner journeys and strengthen conversion paths
Collaborate with Product, IT, and Compliance teams as program requirements evolve
Contribute to strategic discussions around program clarity, audience insights, and competitive movements
Insights, Performance, and Continuous Improvement
Participate in performance reviews, campaign readouts, and product marketing retrospectives
Summarize insights into clear takeaways and shift messaging based on data or seasonality
Support testing across copy, segmentation, and value propositions to improve engagement and clarity
Stay informed on market trends, educator needs, and state level requirements to guide messaging
Act in accordance with Teachers of Tomorrow core values
Perform other duties as needed.
What We are Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field required.
2-4 years of experience in product marketing, brand strategy, lifecycle marketing, or B2B marketing.
Experience supporting sales teams with collateral, tools, and content.
Experience in education, certification, training, or professional learning is a plus.
Collaborative communicator who works well with Growth, Creative, Digital, Sales, and Product Strategy.
Organized, proactive, curious, and comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands on execution.
Strong copywriting, messaging, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex offerings.
Comfort working across multiple brands, business lines, and audience types.
