Required No Bill Rate Flex Job Description: Our Fortune 100 Banking Client is seeking a
User Experience (UX/UI) Designer
to support end-to-end customer experience initiatives. Candidates with prior experience at
Capital One
or similar large financial institutions are highly preferred. This role requires strong hands-on design expertise, user research skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead
UX/UI design and development
across digital platforms. Conduct
user research , usability assessments, persona development, and design validation. Create
user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes , and high-fidelity UI designs. Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business partners to deliver intuitive, customer-centric experiences. Apply strong
emotional intelligence
to manage stakeholder expectations and cross-functional alignment. Utilize tools such as
Lucid Spark, Figma, Google Suite, Jira . Design within and apply
Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS)
guidelines. Required Skills & Experience: Proven background in
UX/UI design , user research, and journey mapping. Strong proficiency in
Figma, Lucid Spark, and Jira . Experience designing within the
Salesforce Lightning Design System . Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and manage multiple partners. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. Portfolio required
showcasing end-to-end UX/UI design work. Former Capital One experience
is a strong plus. Additional Details: W2 contract role
with
potential contract-to-hire
opportunities. Chance of extension
based on performance. Candidate must meet
conversion eligibility
