Responsibilities

  • Build a marketing toolkit that reflects the Principle brand including, but not limited to:
  • Evolve the current set of marketing tools and methods and create a standard process for marketing requests for design to ensure the organization is well represented in Principle branded communications and pitches.
  • Assess incoming requests for design and manage resource assignments and scheduling to ensure the work is completed.
  • Establish and manage collaborative relationships across departments to develop and advance “customer experience” solutions while simultaneously balancing the needs and resources of each area.
  • Management of Principle brand assets for communications including, but limited to:
  • Oversee and implement the expression within marketing communications of the Principle brand to ensure a positive, consistent perception of the organization.
  • Update and maintain the Principle brand style guide to ensure that all external projects align with branding guidelines, including logo usage.
  • Maintain an organized creative asset library for all assets, including photos, video, and print.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, creative design, marketing, advertising, or related field.
  • Experience with WordPress a plus.
  • 3+ years of professional design experience.
  • Mastery of Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator; additional Adobe Creative Cloud programs a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Graphic design skill and brand management experience are required.
  • Project management skills such as time management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing design principles.

Preferred

  • Experience with CRM campaigns (preferred)
  • Experience with WordPress a plus
  • Mastery of additional Adobe Creative Cloud programs is a plus
