Job Description

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer focused on Art Direction and Marketing Coordination. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Marketing and is responsible for elevating the Principle brand through art direction, graphic design, and social marketing. You will help develop marketing and brand management strategies, create designs and layouts for all materials, coordinate and maintain the website, collaborate on campaigns, work with external vendors, and evaluate brand perception.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build a marketing toolkit that reflects the Principle brand.
  • Evolve marketing tools and processes, standardizing design requests.
  • Assess design requests and manage resource assignments to ensure timely completion.
  • Establish collaborative relationships across departments to develop customer experience solutions.
  • Oversee and implement the Principle brand in all communications.
  • Maintain and update the brand style guide and creative asset library.
  • Create print and digital materials, including social media, presentations, newsletters, website content, and event signage.
  • Manage and update the company website.
  • Collaborate on photography and videography asset development.
  • Manage external production vendors and collaborations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, creative design, marketing, or advertising.
  • Mastery of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator; additional Creative Cloud programs a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Graphic design and brand management experience required.
  • Project management skills, including time management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing design principles.
  • Experience with CRM campaigns (preferred).
  • Familiarity with website design and basic UX principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • 3+ years of professional design experience.
  • Experience designing for both print and digital.
  • Experience with photography, photo editing, and basic videography.
  • Experience with WordPress a plus.
  • High attention to detail and execution.
  • Maturity to work as part of a small, flexible, adaptable team.
  • Self‑driven, goal‑oriented, and able to organize own tasks, projects, and calendar.
  • Self‑reflective and willing to learn from mistakes and continuously improve.
  • Experience working with executive leadership and external stakeholders.
