Staff Product Marketing Manager, QBO & Workforce Activation - Accountants Join Intuit as a Staff Product Marketing Manager for the QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Payroll/Workforce Solutions (WFS) within the Accountant Channel. The role owns end‑to‑end commercialization and go‑to‑market (GTM) strategy, translating platform evolution and AI benefits into adoption and retention for accountants.

Overview Intuit’s Global Business Solutions Group (GBSG) targets accountants as trusted advisors to drive customer acquisition and ecosystem growth across SMB and mid‑market segments. The Product Marketing leader will define the platform value proposition and optimize commercial strategy, while advocating for the accountant’s voice and executing high‑impact GTM campaigns.

Responsibilities

Platform Acquisition (GNS & NTTF)

– Drive growth in QBO subscribers and new‑to‑franchise customers, maximizing conversion within the accountant workflow and setting adoption targets.

Multi‑Product Expansion & Growth

– Increase adoption of high‑value services, focusing on Payroll/WFS attachment for accountant‑served clients (e.g., QBO with Payroll attach, Payroll activation).

Purchase Path Performance

– Own the end‑to‑end purchasing experience to improve buy‑path conversion.

Friction Reduction & Trust

– Champion the Voice of the Accountant (VOA) to influence product roadmaps, eliminate friction points, and improve partner satisfaction.

Campaign Performance

– Plan and execute GTM campaigns that deliver commercial lift and accelerate adoption of innovations such as AI agents.

Voice of the Accountant (VOA) & Product Advocacy

– Capture accountant insights through forums, feedback loops, and data, and liaise with Product and Engineering to prioritize friction‑reduction work.

Platform Commercialization & GTM

– Define the platform narrative and messaging, own end‑to‑end GTM for core QBO features and Payroll/WFS initiatives, and manage commercialization tooling (SKUs, bundles, pricing).

Purchase Path Optimization

– Influence performance in key ecosystem experiences to optimize the flow for adding a client/product and increase multi‑product attachment.

Campaign Leadership & Execution

– Lead planning and execution of awareness and conversion‑driven GTM campaigns for QBO and Payroll products.

Platform Change Management

– Drive change‑management materials and communications for major platform rollouts, ensuring accountant adoption of AI‑powered experiences.

Qualifications

BA/BS required; MBA or equivalent experience in a complex digital ecosystem or B2B marketing a plus.

10+ years of marketing experience, driving high‑volume, measurable go‑to‑market strategies within a digital channel or sales‑supported environment.

Proven inbound PMM expertise with experience influencing Product and Engineering teams based on deep customer insight.

Exceptional GTM execution track record translating complex capabilities (e.g., AI agents) into positioning that drives commercial results.

Strong analytical, organizational navigation, and strategic thinking skills for complex GTM challenges and funnel optimization.

Compensation Intuit offers a competitive package including a base salary, cash bonus, equity, and benefits. Pay is based on job‑related knowledge, skill, experience, and location. The base pay range for this role is tailored to the candidate’s qualifications.
