Intuit’s Global Business Solutions Group (GBSG) relies on accountants—our most trusted advisors—to drive significant customer acquisition and ecosystem growth towards our GBSG customer acquisition goals across SMB and Mid‑Market segments. This Product Marketing leader owns the end‑to‑end commercialization and GTM strategy for the core QuickBooks Online (QBO) platform and Payroll/Workforce Solutions (WFS) within the Accountant Channel.
Overview Mission: Own platform commercialization (value proposition, commercial strategy) and value translation (AI benefits, platform evolution) to drive QBO and Payroll adoption, retention, and firm growth. Balance inbound PMM strategy with flawless outbound GTM execution, serving as the definitive voice for accountants while delivering measurable commercial outcomes.
Responsibilities
Drive platform acquisition (GNS & NTTF) by maximizing conversion in the accountant channel’s highest‑volume workflow.
Maximize adoption and usage of high‑value services, focusing on Payroll/WFS attached to QBO for accountant‑served clients.
Own end‑to‑end purchasing experience to improve buy‑path conversion.
Champion the Voice of the Accountant (VOA) to influence product roadmaps, reduce friction, and improve partner satisfaction.
Execute GTM campaigns that generate measurable commercial lift and accelerate adoption of key innovations such as AI agents.
Capture and advocate VOA through direct feedback, partner councils, and funnel analysis.
Partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize friction‑reduction work and optimize onboarding experiences.
Position and communicate the QBO and Payroll value proposition from the accountant’s perspective.
Own end‑to‑end GTM for core QBO features and Payroll/WFS initiatives, including strategy, messaging, campaign delivery, and post‑launch optimization.
Define and communicate go‑to‑market strategy for new SKUs, bundles, and pricing, ensuring alignment with the One Intuit Strategy.
Influence purchase‑path strategy to optimize flow for adding clients/products and increase multi‑product attach.
Lead GTM campaigns aimed at awareness and conversion for QBO and Payroll products.
Translate platform evolution and AI value to clear accountant value, driving readiness, adoption, and retention.
Lead change management for major platform rollouts, developing materials and communications to ensure successful adoption of AI‑powered experiences.
Qualifications
BA/BS required; MBA or equivalent work experience in a complex digital ecosystem or B2B marketing a plus.
10+ years of senior marketing experience, driving high‑volume, measurable go‑to‑market strategies within a digital channel or sales‑supported environment.
Proven inbound PMM expertise, with experience influencing and partnering with Product and Engineering teams based on deep customer insight (VOA).
Exceptional GTM execution track record, translating complex product capabilities into winning positioning and messaging that drives commercial results.
Strong analytical capabilities, navigational skill within organization, and strategic thinking around complex GTM challenges and funnel optimization.
