Admissions & Marketing Director We are seeking a compassionate and organized

Admissions & Marketing Director

to lead our admissions process and serve as a welcoming first point of contact for prospective residents and their families. This individual will manage inquiries, marketing, marketing events,facilitate tours, handle admissions documentation, and build strong relationships with referral sources to ensure a smooth and positive transition into our facility.

Responsibilities

Manage Inquiries:

Promptly respond to admission inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing detailed information on services and the admissions process.

Conduct Tours:

Schedule and lead facility tours for prospective residents and families, highlighting services, amenities, and the overall care experience.

Coordinate Admissions:

Assist residents and families in completing all required paperwork, ensuring compliance with regulatory and facility guidelines.

Maintain Records:

Keep accurate and updated admissions documentation, maintaining confidentiality and accessibility.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with nursing, social services, and administrative teams to ensure a seamless admissions experience.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain positive relationships with hospitals, physicians, and other referral partners.

Marketing & Outreach:

Represent the facility in community outreach efforts and participate in marketing activities to increase awareness and referrals.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.

Licensure:

RN or LVN licensure preferred.

Experience:

At least 2 years of experience in healthcare admissions, preferably in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health record systems
