We are seeking a seasoned professional with a strong background in Legal Industry, specializing in Permanent Bankruptcy. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a solid understanding of litigation, mortgage, and foreclosure processes. Responsibilities

Managing a portfolio of complex bankruptcy cases, ensuring all legal procedures are followed correctly and efficiently. Representing the company in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations. Conducting thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development. Drafting, reviewing, and filing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. Collaborating with internal teams to manage mortgage and foreclosure cases and devise effective legal strategies. Providing legal advice to clients on bankruptcy laws, procedures, and potential outcomes. Keeping abreast of changes in bankruptcy laws and regulations and implementing necessary updates to company policies and procedures. Coordinating with other legal professionals to ensure all case requirements are met and deadlines are adhered to. Qualifications

Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in bankruptcy law, with a focus on litigation, mortgage, and foreclosure. Active membership in good standing with the state bar. Proven track record of successfully managing complex bankruptcy cases. Exceptional knowledge of federal and state bankruptcy laws and court procedures. Excellent negotiation and litigation skills. Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex legal documents and formulate effective legal strategies. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues. High level of integrity and professional ethics.
