Role Overview: As the PR Manager at FFP, you will play a crucial role in shaping our public image and building relationships with the media. You will be responsible for developing and executing PR strategies that support our B2B and B2C efforts to stop disinformation by developing AI-based online tools for real‑time fact checking and content verification.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement PR strategies to build awareness of FFP and our efforts to stop disinformation.
Support our CEO & Founder in securing interviews and position her as a thought leader in AI-based tech, innovation, and social causes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and other relevant parties.
Identify and pursue opportunities for interviews, features, and guest articles.
Collaborate with FFP colleagues to gather insights and develop compelling narratives around our initiatives, expertise and product development.
Monitor media coverage and industry trends, providing actionable insights.
Prepare press releases, media kits, and other communication materials.
Track and analyze PR metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
Qualifications
5+ years of public relations or related experience.
Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations or a related field.
Knowledgeable about digital communications and content trends and able to apply these insights to their work.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self‑driven, entrepreneurial spirit—enjoys taking responsibility and making things happen.
