Responsibilities The Marketing Manager is key to optimizing the effectiveness of the Marketing Department in relation to MG Properties’ portfolio. This position will be hybrid, requiring 3 days at the office and 2 days remote.

Key duties include:

Leveraging market landscape understanding to support, guide, and provide feedback on the execution of integrated marketing programs for each property.

Reviewing and analyzing performance metrics, reporting ROI on marketing campaigns, and providing creative solutions for programs not meeting expectations.

Proactive reporting, adjusting, and analyzing portfolio and asset marketing performance relative to budget and benchmarks/factors.

Maintaining close relationships with various departments to ensure holistic reporting.

Adjusting marketing spend based on budget and data in a timely manner.

Identifying regional, national, and market trends.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required.

Minimum 5 years experience in marketing (multifamily, hospitality, and commercial real estate industry preferred).

2 years digital marketing experience required.

1-3 years of sales experience highly desirable.

Experience leading teams, taking initiative, and representing Marketing and Operations in larger meetings highly desirable.

Ability to communicate in person, telephone, and other communication tools.

Excellent verbal and written skills, as well as strong editing and proofing skills.

Client presentations and communications experience highly desirable.

Detail-oriented with strong project management and prioritization skills; ability to work under deadlines while remaining calm and professional.

Willingness to travel and establish in-person rapport with on-site teams and Regional Managers.

1-2 years of experience with SEO, PPC (Google Ads), and website development.

Analytical with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excel and Business Intelligence software.

Proficiency using project and workflow management tools (e.g., Asana, Workfront, Percolate, Basecamp).

Professional presence with ability to lead meetings, provide recommendations, collaborate, and build rapport.

Service-oriented work style.

Personable, capable of building relationships across the company with all departments and employees.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $90,000 - $110,000 USD.

Accrual of 10 days paid time off per year.

10 paid holidays and 2 paid personal days per year.

Hours of paid sick time based on location (ranging from 40–52 hours).
