Interior Designer
A corporate real estate team within a large corporation is looking to add an Interior Designer to their team! Job Description: Implementation of design guidelines that support brand identity Selecting (FF&E), finishes, and other design elements Partner with external teams to ensure design solutions meet both aesthetic and functional requirements Work with real estate and project management teams to develop conceptual design packages for presentation to leadership and stakeholders Ensure designs are aligned with budgetary constraints and strategic objectives Develop long-term design strategies for both customer-facing and employee-focused environments Support initiatives that enhance workplace culture, productivity, and brand representation Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree 8+ years of relevant experience NCIDQ certified Knowledge of applicable design codes including ADA Software skills: Excel, Bluebeam, Revit, InDesign Prior experience with workplace/corporate interiors projects Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chicago, IL. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
