Design Coordinator
As a Design Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Account Management team by processing submittal orders through Netsuite, managing fast track and OEM orders, and assisting with various administrative tasks. Your role will also include generating invoices, running Excel forecast reports, and providing project coordination support. Responsibilities: Process submittal orders in Netsuite by generating box folders, queuing projects, and entering billing and shipping information. Manage fast track, OEM, key, and house account orders. Assist in responding to emails and completing necessary forms, including finance, LEED, project intake, and product order forms. Generate invoices for various projects and clients. Assist with overflow Account Management responsibilities as needed. Run Excel forecast reports to support project planning and execution. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field, with a preference for design. Proficiency in Netsuite with at least 1 year of experience. At least 1 year of project coordination experience. Experience in the design field is preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Chicago, IL. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $24.04 - $28.85/hr.
