Get to Know Our Team The Design team is a diverse group of product designers and researchers located in Bangkok, working closely with product managers to shape product strategy. Opportunities for growth include advancing your skill set or stepping into leadership roles.

Experience Requirements & Role Expectations

6+ years of full‑time experience as a product designer for digital or web‑based products; in‑house experience highly preferred.

Create visually stunning, intuitive, and delightful interfaces, and independently deliver pixel‑perfect UI and seamless interactions.

Proficient in both quantitative and qualitative research, with hands‑on experience running user interviews, synthesizing findings, and generating actionable insights.

Take full ownership of the design process for a dedicated scrum, from discovery to delivery.

Partner with product managers to shape product vision and roadmap, using data and business context to inform decisions.

Manage multiple stakeholders within an agile development process.

Strong communication skills to articulate design rationale, influence stakeholders, and build trust across disciplines.

Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, process, and solutions for web and mobile product design.

The ideal candidate will also have

Intermediate to advanced Japanese language skills, including reading proficiency.

Previous experience working for an online travel agency.

Experience conducting research within the Japan market and analyzing cultural nuances.

Deep understanding of the Japanese online travel market.

What you can expect day to day

Develop design solutions addressing business objectives and customer needs.

Manage and communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and on‑time delivery of features.

Test prototypes and hypotheses with users to gather actionable feedback.

Present work to peers and leadership, both asynchronously and in person.

Participate in weekly design critiques, workshops, all‑hands, and team meetings.

Document design process and articulate decisions clearly.

Champion cohesion and consistency in UX design across an expanding suite of products.

Implement experiences balancing customer needs with business, content, and technology.
