Get to Know Our Team The Design team in Bangkok is a small but highly influential group of product designers and researchers. You’ll have opportunities for growth, ownership of projects, and the chance to shape product strategy.

Experience Requirements & Role Expectations

6+ years of full‑time product design experience for digital/web products; in‑house experience highly preferred.

Deliver pixel‑perfect, intuitive UIs and seamless interactions. Attention to detail and a passion for craft.

Proficient in quantitative and qualitative research, including user interviews and data synthesis.

Own the design process from discovery to delivery in a scrum setting; define vision, UX, and quality execution.

Partner with product managers, inform decisions with data and research, balancing user needs and business goals.

Manage multiple stakeholders within an agile development environment.

Strong communicator able to articulate design rationale, influence stakeholders, and build trust.

Showcase a strong portfolio of web and mobile product designs.

The ideal candidate will also have

Intermediate to advanced Japanese language skills, including reading ability.

Prior experience at an online travel agency.

Experience researching the Japanese market and applying cultural insights to design decisions.

Deep understanding of the Japanese OTA market.

What you can expect day to day

Develop solutions addressing business objectives and customer needs.

Manage and communicate with stakeholders for alignment and timely delivery.

Test prototypes and hypotheses with users to gather actionable feedback.

Present work to peers and leadership, both asynchronously and in person.

Participate in design critiques, workshops, all‑hands, and team meetings.

Document design process and decisions clearly.

Champion consistency across our expanding suite of products.

Integrate strategic vision balancing customer, business, content, and tech.
