DoorDash
Senior Manager, B2B Integrated Marketing
DoorDash Commerce Platform is our hyper‑growth business unit serving restaurants, grocers, and retailers across the United States and abroad. We enable first‑party e‑commerce ordering fulfillment (website and in‑store) through the Digital Ordering portfolio, which includes Online Ordering, Tableside Order & Pay, Loyalty, CRM, Mobile Apps, and Websites.
Role Overview We are looking for an experienced B2B & SaaS Integrated Marketing leader to define the end‑to‑end integrated marketing strategy and drive pipeline growth for our first‑party digital products with SMB restaurants. You will partner with Performance, Lifecycle, Content, and Brand teams to build awareness, pipeline health, and production adoption. Together with Strategy & Ops, Product, and Sales, you will surface audience insights, develop product positioning, and translate insights into scalable GTM campaigns and 0‑1 demand generation experiments.
Responsibilities
Strategize: From first principles, develop optimal strategy to enable merchants to build their first‑party channel. Work with research and insights to understand the merchant audience, challenges, and pain points to shape effective product positioning and messaging.
Build: Grow the demand generation engine by identifying levers to improve product awareness, increase inbound leads, and drive product adoption within the SMB audience. Build and refine the lead pipeline, continuously optimizing every funnel stage, testing, scaling new channels, and refining the strategy.
Collaborate: Influence a cross‑functional team (product, sales, strategy & ops, finance, analytics) to drive growth, manage conflicting priorities, and set a clear path forward for mutual success.
Lead: Manage, develop, and grow a high‑performing team.
Qualifications
8+ years of proven B2B SaaS marketing experience, delivering go‑to‑market campaigns that scale products from 0 to 1.
Proven track record of driving healthy pipeline growth through integrated campaigns and demand generation.
Expertise in working with product, performance, lifecycle, content, and brand marketing teams.
First‑principles problem solving with a customer‑centric focus.
Comfort operating at both strategic (10,000‑foot) and tactical levels.
Tolerance for ambiguity and ability to create plans without a playbook.
Analytical mindset: leverage data and analytics to answer complex questions, build compelling narratives, and iterate on experiments.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to build consensus with senior leaders.
5+ years of team‑management experience, building, developing, and inspiring diverse teams that deliver results.
Compensation Base salary: $149,600—$220,000 USD (localized by work location). Opportunities for equity grants are available. Additional detailed compensation information is provided by the recruiter.
