**What You'll Do:**
  • Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal.
  • Monitor access points and verify credentials to help to deter unauthorized entry into the location.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
  • Maintain detailed records of incidents, observations, and/or interactions as required by Allied Universal and site management.
  • Communicate with visitors, employees, and contractors in a professional manner, providing assistance as needed.
  • Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to support security-related operations in a tech, media, and telecom environment.
**Minimum Requirements:**
  • At least one year of security-related experience is required.
  • Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
  • A guard card or security license is preferred.
  • Experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
