**What You'll Do:**
  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as required.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the technology-focused location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
  • Monitor access points and observe for unusual or suspicious behavior within the premises.
  • Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and/or site contacts regarding incidents, concerns, or escalations.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation as required by site protocols.
  • Support contractors, visitors, and employees by answering questions and providing directions within the facility.
  • Assist with implementing site-specific security-related protocols, especially those relevant to technology, media, and telecom environments.
**Minimum Requirements:**
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
