Sr Field Marketing Manager, Amazon Business

As the Sr. Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for increasing consideration, acquisition, and adoption of Amazon Business within Enterprise accounts. You will partner closely with Sales and cross‑functional Marketing teams to concept and deliver integrated marketing programs—including demand‑generation campaigns, executive events, and other field marketing campaigns such as tradeshows, content, and sales enablement. You will work seamlessly with senior stakeholders in Sales and Marketing at Amazon Business and pan‑Amazon teams such as AWS to align and implement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop the marketing strategy to reach and engage C‑suite and decision makers across enterprise accounts through bespoke, 1‑to‑1, and 1‑to‑few ABM campaigns.
Collaboratively create Executive Engagement initiatives such as Customer Advisory Boards, Executive Briefings, and Executive Dinners.
Own planning and execution of bespoke marketing channels like Webinars, Direct Mail, Sponsorships across client, trade and association publications, etc.
Manage relationships with internal Marketing, Sales, Sales Enablement, Product stakeholders, and external media agencies and partners.
Drive robust and detailed measurement and reporting processes.
Basic Qualifications
6+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experience.
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).
Experience building, executing and scaling cross‑functional marketing programs.
Experience communicating results to senior leadership.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights.
Experience with Salesforce and Tableau.
