Overview Manager, Marketing Strategy: Direct Mail Marketing for our Retail Bank division. Lead the Direct Mail marketing strategy to accelerate growth and contribute to a rapidly expanding program.

Responsibilities

Lead prioritization, development and execution of a strategic marketing agenda to attract, engage, and convert prospects & current customers through Direct Mail marketing.

Drive testing strategies to inform targeting, creative, & landing page optimization that engage consumers and drive business results.

Oversee the Direct Mail channel strategy ensuring alignment to business priorities and campaign efficiency.

Steward maintenance and monitoring of channel efforts with internal team members & partners.

Keep pace with industry trends and best practices to drive channel innovation.

Act as a go‑to Direct Mail expert for internal teams, democratizing insights and learnings.

Introduce new opportunities to drive business growth in an efficient & profitable manner.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.

At least 5 years experience in Direct Mail marketing.

At least 5 years of experience in segmentation & targeting across prospect and current customer bases for acquisition goals.

At least 5 years of experience with marketing analytics and optimization.

At least 5 years experience managing budgets.

At least 5 years experience in Direct Mail creative strategy & execution.

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of channel experience in marketing channels & landing page optimization programs focused on acquisition goals.

3+ years of marketing experience in financial services or another highly regulated industry.

3+ years of experience working with cross‑functional teams in a matrixed environment.

Salary Riverwoods, IL: $132,800 - $151,600 McLean, VA: $146,100 - $166,700 Richmond, VA: $132,800 - $151,600 Wilmington, DE: $132,800 - $151,600
