is seeking a
Marketing & Business Development Coordinator
to support a broad range of marketing and business development initiatives across multiple practice areas. This role works closely with practice development leadership and the broader marketing team to deliver high-quality proposals, content, research, and communications in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities while collaborating with attorneys and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
Support the development and production of
marketing proposals and RFP responses , including content creation, document preparation, and coordination of follow-up materials Edit, update, and maintain
practice-related website content, attorney biographies, and marketing collateral , contributing to consistent messaging across materials Maintain and update
case lists, deal descriptions, experience summaries, and client information
for use in pitches and proposals Conduct
research
using internal and external databases and assist with submissions to
legal directories and rankings publications Draft and assist with
internal and external communications , including website and social media content as needed Provide general
administrative and project support
to the marketing and practice development teams Assist with
events and seminars , including preparation of materials and on-site support when required Participate in
special projects
and additional initiatives as assigned Strong understanding of marketing and business development functions within a professional services environment Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with professionals at all levels Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to assess information, apply sound judgment, and communicate ideas clearly and effectively Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred Minimum of
two years of experience
in marketing, business development, or proposal support, ideally within a
law firm or professional services organization Prior exposure to
legal marketing or practice development
is strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to perform well under pressure and meet strict deadlines Technical Skills
Proficiency with
Microsoft Office Suite
required Experience with
CRM systems
(such as Intapp or similar platforms) strongly preferred Familiarity with tools such as
WordPress, InDesign, Capital IQ, Bloomberg, or Thomson Reuters Monitor Suite
is a plus Seniority Level
