Role Overview In the role of

Field Marketing Associate

working in

Seattle or Portland , you will be part of the

Pacific Region Sales Team . This person will execute the marketing strategy throughout the region. This position reports to the

Field Marketing Manager .

What You’ll Be Brewing

Assist in building the portfolio of brands at the Management Unit (MU) level by driving positioning locally through activation, media, and retail programs.

Create strong customer relationships with region sales teams, distributors, and alliance partners to ensure execution of national and local brand plans.

Assist the Field Marketing Manager (FMM) and MU leadership in executing the MU 3‑year strategic plan and alliance roadmap.

Execute and activate support plans for priority brands, national packaging innovations, and local promotional packaging opportunities—including creative briefing, point‑of‑sale execution, and packaging activation.

Accountable to FMM and MU leadership for maximizing regional investment and activation support (ticket management, PO management, local radio partnership lead, sampling, event management, and on‑site activation execution).

Work in‑market regularly to evaluate the effectiveness of plans and identify opportunities that make Molson Coors Beverage Company the first choice for customers and consumers.

Key Ingredients

You have a bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or a related field—or equivalent experience.

You have 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field; consumer product experience preferred.

You thrive on challenges and complete complex projects quickly and with a deep understanding of business priorities.

You build relationships and collaborate to achieve desired outcomes.

You take accountability for results, acting with integrity and honoring commitments.

Pay and Benefits We’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.

Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings:

$68,500.00 – $89,900.00 (posting salary range)

10% target short‑term incentive

$23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including health, dental, vision, retirement with above‑market employer match, wellness incentives, EAP, paid time off, holidays, vacation days, and sick days.
