Brand Marketing Manager
Ennismore is looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to join the newly formed Americas regional brand team, supporting our central brand and regional hotel & restaurant teams to execute global marketing projects.

Job Description Based in New York or Cancun, Mexico and dual reporting to the VP of Brand Marketing for North America and the VP for LATAM & Caribbean, the Brand Marketing Manager will support the rollout of global campaigns and toolkits for brands such as Delano, 21c, SLS & Park Royal.
Responsibilities
Adapt brand and project management skills to execute a wide range of tasks—hotel launches, 360 marketing campaigns, photoshoots, loyalty programmes, retail projects, brand experiences and events, and setting brand standards.
Coordinate project execution, ensuring all initiatives are considered from business, revenue and brand perspectives.
Support project management activities to keep work on time and within budget, including:
Creating critical path schedules using appropriate software.
Working through the guest journey with brand teams to ensure brand DNA is respected.
Communicating with stakeholders and keeping the project team on track.
Accounting, costing and billing.
Establish reporting processes to track and evaluate project successes (e.g., bookings driven, social engagement) and share insights with the wider business.
Continuously evaluate and refine project platforms and processes to support design work and brand projects.
Support marketing teams across all property openings in the region, coordinating with digital & content, PR & cultural marketing, and creative & design departments.
Maintain up‑to‑date brand standards documents for Delano, 21c, SLS & Park Royal and distribute them to regional teams.
Coordinate rollout of global brand campaigns or partnerships across multiple regions or hotels.
Qualifications
Experienced brand manager with a background in creative fields.
Self‑motivated, proactive, yet collaborative and sociable.

The annual base salary for this role is starting at $85,000.
