Overview
A design firm that specializes in architecture, interiors, engineering, and planning is seeking an Architectural Designer / BIM Coordinator to play a critical role in leading complex Revit modeling efforts while elevating BIM standards across their practice. You’ll collaborate closely with project teams, the BIM Manager, and the Revit Committee to improve workflows, model health, and project delivery at their Portland, OR; Vancouver, WA; or Seattle, WA offices. Responsibilities
Leading Revit project delivery for complex models, including worksharing, phasing, and performance optimization Coordinating multi-disciplinary models and managing links, shared coordinates, and clash-prevention workflows Troubleshooting model health issues and performing audits and performance tuning Supporting and advancing Revit templates, standards, QA/QC tools, and content libraries Mentoring and training team members on Revit best practices and ACC workflows Qualifications
5–8+ years of professional architectural experience, preferably in an A/E firm Expert-level Revit proficiency, including templates, standards, and ACC administration Strong communication skills with experience mentoring users of varying skill levels Compensation & Benefits
