We're looking for a hands‑on Marketing Manager (B2B) who lives and breathes digital marketing—someone who can jump into HubSpot, build out campaigns, tweak a WordPress page, and craft content that actually gets clicks, opens, and engagement. Candidates must have B2B marketing experience and feel comfortable working as the lone marketer, collaborating with designers, creative director, and sales team.

Responsibilities
Email & Automation (HubSpot): Plan, build, and send email campaigns; create and optimize automated workflows; segment lists; A/B test subject lines and creative; track performance and report on key metrics.
Content & Website (WordPress): Manage and update the WordPress website (landing pages, blog posts, basic page edits); collaborate on and write content (blog posts, case studies, landing page copy, website messaging); ensure all content is on‑brand, optimized for SEO, aligned with campaigns; work with design resources to create visuals that enhance content.
Social Media & Brand Presence: Own the social media calendar and posting across key platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.); develop engaging content tailored to each channel (posts, stories, short‑form video ideas); monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, keep a pulse on the online community; track performance and share insights to refine social strategy.
Strategy, Analytics & Collaboration: Help shape and execute marketing campaigns around product launches, events, and promotions; monitor campaign performance and turn data into actionable insights; collaborate closely with sales and leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals; bring new ideas to the table—channels to test, campaigns to try, content to create.
Requirements
3‑5+ years of digital marketing experience
Strong hands‑on experience with HubSpot (email, workflows, lists, reporting)
Working knowledge of WordPress, including editing pages, posts, and basic layout/content updates
Proven experience running email campaigns, content marketing, and social media
Excellent writing skills and a sharp eye for messaging, tone, and brand consistency
Comfort working with data and metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, traffic, etc.) to guide decisions
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Positive, collaborative attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves
Bonus Points For
Experience with basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Express, etc.)
Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research
Experience with paid social or basic digital advertising
