Base pay range
$60,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr The Junior Physician Liaison supports local and regional outreach strategies to strengthen referral relationships and promote ENT services. This role focuses on building connections with physicians, provider groups, and insurers; conducting office visits; and ensuring referring providers receive timely communication and support. The liaison helps communicate service updates, gathers feedback, and assists with resolving issues that impact patient referrals or the provider experience. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular site visits to referring offices with practice information and promotional materials. Analyze referral patterns and competitive trends to guide outreach strategy. Support marketing initiatives, events, and networking activities. Maintain and update referral relationships while assisting management and physicians with outreach needs. Track interactions and progress in the company CRM; review activity weekly with management. Troubleshoot issues related to scheduling, authorizations, portals, and patient referral processes. Explore new service areas and support practice expansion. Build relationships with contracted IPAs/MSOs and research potential new partners. Provide tours for interviewing physicians and assist with physician onboarding. Support contracting and credentialing activities. Monitor competing ENT, allergy, and audiology centers and share insights with leadership. Produce monthly reports on referrals and office visits. Manage expenses compliantly and maintain professional attendance and appearance. Attend required trainings and perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Communications, or related field. 3+ years of healthcare experience in outreach, sales, or physician relations. Strong communication skills; self‑motivated, reliable, and personable. Professional appearance and a positive attitude. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel.
