Description We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing visually engaging designs that strengthen our brand identity, increase audience engagement, and support our marketing initiatives across multiple channels. Your innovative approach and attention to detail will be instrumental in creating compelling visual content for weekly emails, sales presentations, and other marketing materials.

Requirements Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design: Develop creative concepts and designs for a wide range of marketing materials, including digital assets, print collateral, packaging, and branded merchandise, ensuring consistency with the Dan-O’s Seasonings brand guidelines.

Weekly Emails: Design visually appealing and engaging email campaigns that effectively communicate promotional offers, product launches, recipes, and other relevant content to our subscribers, driving customer engagement and retention.

Sales Collateral: Create professional sales collateral for print, digital advertising and persuasive sales presentations and decks for internal and external use, incorporating compelling visuals, data visualization, and storytelling techniques to effectively communicate key messages and value propositions.

Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and produce multimedia content, including social media graphics, website visuals, video thumbnails, and other assets to support various marketing initiatives.

Brand Management: Maintain and evolve the Dan-O’s Seasonings brand identity across all touchpoints, including print and packaging, ensuring visual consistency and integrity in line with our brand values and positioning.

Concepting Creative Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that effectively communicate brand messaging, engage our audience, and drive brand awareness and sales.

Quality Assurance: Review and provide feedback on design deliverables from other team members and external vendors to ensure alignment with project objectives, brand standards, and quality expectations.

Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of creativity and quality.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to understand project requirements, provide design support, and contribute to overall campaign strategies.

Preparing Print-Ready Production Files: Ensure all designs are print-ready and provide production files to vendors or printers as needed.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with design tools for email marketing and presentation design.

Excellent visual design skills, with a keen eye for typography, color theory, composition, and layout.

Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling visual narratives.

Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Understanding of Digital Platforms: Proficiency in digital media, especially social platforms like TikTok, is necessary. They should be aware of the latest trends and be able to leverage these platforms for maximum impact.

Familiarity with data visualization and infographic design techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in food or culinary-related design.

Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klavyio).

Motion graphics and video editing skills.
