Senior Digital Change & Communications Manager
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated
Senior Digital Change & Communications Manager
to lead internal IT communications and change management initiatives. This role will define, coordinate, and deliver strategic messaging and content to internal IT employees and consultants, helping foster engagement, alignment, and successful adoption of digital initiatives.
The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of
IT communications expertise and change management experience , with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts and partner effectively with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Demonstrate ownership and initiative in creating, managing, and delivering communication projects from concept through execution.
Serve as a key messaging partner and trusted advisor to senior IT leadership, recommending improvements to communication strategies and content.
Develop and execute comprehensive IT communication plans that translate complex technical topics into clear, engaging messages for diverse audiences.
Design and create visual assets and graphics to enhance IT communications and improve information accessibility.
Collaborate closely with senior IT leaders and cross-functional teams to support organizational priorities and initiatives.
Plan, coordinate, and host regular virtual and in-person events, meetings, and engagement activities.
Develop reusable communication assets and templates (email, presentations, PowerPoint, etc.) for organizational use.
Act as a liaison between corporate teams and the Digital organization to drive alignment and improve communication processes.
Support and reinforce IT change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of digital initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar role supporting senior leaders within an IT or Digital organization.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with keen attention to tone, clarity, and detail.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent organizational and proactive self-management skills.
Demonstrated understanding and application of IT change management principles.
Hands‑on experience with internal communications platforms such as
Staffbase .
Proficiency in
Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, O365) .
Experience using creative tools such as
Adobe Creative Cloud
and/or
Canva .
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in large, complex enterprise or Fortune 500 environments.
Background supporting digital transformation, IT governance, or Office of the CIO initiatives.
Experience managing communications for hybrid or distributed workforces.
