Senior Interior Designer
We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer with strong creative and technical expertise in Healthcare, Workplace, and Tenant Improvement (TI) projects. This role involves leading projects from concept through construction, delivering innovative, sustainable, and budget‑conscious interior environments. The ideal candidate is collaborative, detail-oriented, and experienced in workplace or interior architecture design.
Key Responsibilities
Lead interior design projects from programming and concept design through construction administration
Develop space planning, schematic design, design development, and construction documents
Lead FF&E selection, specifications, vendor coordination, and installation
Collaborate with architects, consultants, and external partners
Produce drawings, 3D models, and renderings using Revit, SketchUp, Enscape, and Adobe tools
Mentor junior designers and support team collaboration
Support client relationships in healthcare and workplace sectors
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture
NCIDQ certification required
7+ years
of experience in Healthcare and/or Corporate Workplace interiors
Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Enscape, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
Knowledge of sustainable design, materials, FF&E, and specifications
Strong communication, presentation, and visualization skills
Professional Development
Reimbursement for eligible professional licenses, renewals, exams, and approved education programs
Base pay range $63,000.00/yr - $73,000.00/yr
