What you’ll do The Senior Integrated Marketing Lead is responsible for planning and executing multiple smaller-scale campaigns that drive significant impact at H&R Block. These include annual campaigns such as Now Hiring, Software, Expat, Extension Filing, and other ad hoc initiatives. Each campaign typically runs for about 8 weeks at different times throughout the year. This role requires the ability to operate in a fast‑paced environment, juggle multiple campaigns at different phases simultaneously, make independent decisions, and manage timelines effectively. The right candidate will be comfortable leading end‑to‑end campaign delivery, standing up small cross‑functional teams, and providing strategic feedback on marketing strategy and creative/media/web assets.
Day to day, you’ll
Lead end‑to‑end delivery of multiple integrated marketing campaigns throughout the year
Stand up and manage small cross‑functional teams for each campaign, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities
Develop integrated marketing plans aligned with business objectives and campaign goals
Manage timelines and ensure on‑time delivery of all campaign elements
Coordinate reviews and approvals primarily with the corresponding Line of Business VP; escalated to senior leadership only as needed
Provide strategic feedback on marketing strategy and creative/media/web assets to ensure alignment with campaign objectives
Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations during active periods
Ensure cohesive messaging and integration across all marketing channels and deliverables
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
Work Experience
6+ years of experience in integrated marketing or campaign management roles
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
Strong decision‑making skills and ability to work independently
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience providing feedback on creative, media, and web deliverables
Ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans
Skilled in managing timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple campaigns
Effective at building relationships and working with cross‑functional teams
Comfortable adapting to changing priorities and making quick decisions
Strong ability to convey ideas clearly and influence stakeholders

Successful candidates may be able to participate in one or more incentive compensation or short‑term incentive plans, which could generate additional earnings in accordance with the terms of each plan. Qualifying associates can enroll themselves and/or their eligible dependents in medical and prescription drug coverage; can participate in the H&R Block Retirement Savings Plan (401(k) Plan), the Employee Assistance Program, (virtual) fitness center programs, and the associate discount program; are automatically enrolled in Business Travel Accident Insurance; and receive Associate Tax Prep benefit.
Pay Range: $101,200.00 – $161,900.00
