Base Pay Range $35,000 – $50,000 per year

Role Overview The Service Coordinator works with sales, technical, and accounting staff to schedule and oversee nationwide service calls, ensuring customer satisfaction and accurate ticketing.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls from customers regarding service needs.
Schedule service calls nationwide.
Coordinate with the operations team to schedule available technicians.
Follow up on service calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate service tickets in our system.
Initiate RMAs and coordinate with shipping and receiving departments.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Desired Traits

Ability to work independently with minimal guidance, while asking the right questions when needed.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to be the face of our company for clients.
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
At least two years in a corporate, service, or hospitality environment.
Customer service experience.

Base Salary $35,000 to $50,000 per year (DOE).
