Job Description
Production of three newsletters
Maintenance of marketing contacts and mailing lists
Preparation for tradeshows and other company appearances
Creation of social media graphics and posts and maintenance of social media calendar
Creation of content for customer, lead, and credential earner communications
Other duties as assigned
Expected Salary $15/Hourly
Required Qualifications
Understanding of basic marketing/public relations principles
Some relevant marketing, public relations, or communications work experience
Eye for detail and exceptional written and verbal communication skills (including spelling, punctuation, and grammar)
Ability to prioritize, organize, and coordinate work assignments independently
Working knowledge of email, search engines, and MS Office
Firm grasp of LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and Facebook
Preferred
Graphic design experience, familiarity with Canva
General scientific and/or bioscience knowledge
Experience using a CRM system
Experience using Wordpress
