We manage services for individuals with serious mental health needs, substance use disorders, traumatic brain injuries, and intellectual/developmental disabilities. Responsibilities
Develop and execute a unified marketing and communications strategy that supports Trillium’s mission, brand identity, and strategic priorities.
Translate strategy into actionable, full‑funnel campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and measurable outcomes.
Serve as the primary liaison between marketing, communications, and executive leadership to ensure alignment across all initiatives.
Oversee external communications, media relations, and public affairs efforts to strengthen brand visibility and reputation.
Oversee the evolution of digital channels, content development, and analytics systems to ensure consistent, data‑informed performance.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s degree and six (6) years of progressive experience in leading communications, public relations, or social marketing programs, including three (3) years of supervisory experience.
OR Master’s degree and three (3) years of progressive experience in leading communications, public relations, or social marketing programs, including three (3) years of supervisory experience.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must reside within North Carolina.
Must be able to travel within catchment as required.
Preferred:
Minimum of five (5) years in healthcare.
Ten (10) to fifteen (15) years leading marketing programs.
