Base pay range $35,000.00/yr - $50,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls from customers regarding service needs.
Schedule service calls nationwide.
Coordinate with the operations team to schedule available technicians.
Follow up with service calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate service ticket updates in our system.
Initialize RMAs and collaborate with shipping and receiving departments.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
Prefer at least two years in a corporate, service, or hospitality environment.
Customer service experience.
Desired Traits

Work independently with minimal guidance while asking questions when needed.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; serve as the face of our company to clients.

Base Salary $35,000 to $50,000/yr (DOE).
