Role Overview This person will manage Brandmint’s client’s paid search and paid social advertising across
Google Ads, Meta Ads , and occasional one‑off requests for
TikTok, LinkedIn, and other direct ad platforms . Responsibilities include campaign buildout, optimization, reporting, and full funnel performance management.
Responsibilities
Build and launch campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads, with occasional requests on TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms as needed.
Make campaign recommendations backed by data including targeting and budget.
Handle all structure, audience targeting, tracking setup, creative placement, and campaign configuration.
Optimize campaigns regularly to improve ROI, lower CPA, and increase conversions.
Monitor performance metrics and adjust bids, budgets, audiences, and strategies as needed.
Set up and maintain conversion tracking, pixels, and UTM parameters across platforms.
Provide monthly reporting with clear insights, trends, and recommendations.
Collaborate with Brandmint’s internal teams on creative needs, messaging alignment, and campaign strategy.
Involve in monthly client‑facing meetings to discuss strategy.

Requirements
2+ years of hands‑on experience in digital advertising, with expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, testing strategies, pixel and conversion setup, troubleshooting, and performance tracking.
Work in our Rochester or Ithaca, NY office.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self‑starter with the ability to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
