Search Engine Marketing Specialist – Binding Minds Inc. Binding Minds Inc. (Certified Disability Owned Business Enterprise) offers a contract position for a Search Engine Marketing Specialist. This role serves as the primary client contact, overseeing day‑to‑day communication, managing the execution of retail search programs, and guiding analyst‑level team members. Responsibilities include analyzing performance data, developing retail search strategies and testing plans with senior leadership, presenting insights and recommendations to clients, supporting team training, maintaining relationships with key retail media partners, and assisting with new business efforts.

Qualifications 2.5+ years of experience in Retail Search/Marketplace Search Advertising

(Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Target Roundel) with a strong direct‑response focus (CPA, ROAS, etc.). Experience with bid‑management platforms and analytics tools is preferred. Strong analytical and Excel skills, excellent communication, attention to detail, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently while mentoring junior team members are required.
